Easiest way to run every type of XP theme on XP windows?

i have certain type of xp themes in exe formate which are very easy to deal with ,but there some themes which do not work in straightforward manner as the above one .how can i bring them in applicable form so that they could be applied like the others with exe formate is threr any way.
