VMK code in herbie Fully Loaded?

I bought herbie fully loaded and The cheetah girls 2. Where is the code in them? i can't find it. Who ever gives best description of where the code is i will give best answer. Thank you and plz try to answer A.S.A.P. because i am on right now wanting to enter it. thanks!
