I cant start my mgb gt - any ideas?

hi like the person who adviced you to take a jump lead from the body is correct. as a matte of fact thats the right way to jump start a vehicle. most people do batt to batt but thats incorrect. neverthe less you might be better of just buying a new battery. now if you install the new battery and the problem do occur again, that mean you have a parasitic load somewhere (it could be a switch left on, a wire not grounded properly, a shorted wire somwhere etc etc.) If this is d case then i will suggest you bring the car to a gd mechnaic and have him do a electrical volatage drop test.
