I got a virus that infected my stuff with w32/blaster.worm?

okay so one day i go on my computer and the next thing i know a virus scan pops up and a warning box with a screechy noise. i cant buy virus protection and i tried safe mode and download a virus protection but that didn't work either. please someone help me.
