Bad Behavior: My 16 week kitten does bad things on purpose to get our attention. Why?

I have had cats all my life. And when we got our little girl a few months ago we learned she was exceptionally intelligent and not like other cats. She has a very outgoing personality and likes to do adventurous things. We have given her lots of toys, we play with her as often as we can, and one of us is always home to spend time with her. However, she has always liked pushing our ons. At first it was lying on the kitchen table, or ruining the blinds, dodging outside, and eating my flowers and now it is getting up on our fireplace mantle and knocking things over. We have used the squirt bottle and time out in a dark bathroom for 10 minutes. She knows when she is doing something "bad" because we will point at her- say Lilith No!" and she will trill and keep on doing it. She loves receiving negative attention. I simply cant understand why considering we adore her and spoil her with love constantly. Can anyone provide some solutions we can try to deter her from doing this?
