Bestfriend, or boyfriend?

A best friend is never okay to lose.... a guy is just a guy. Here is what i think you should do to make the situation a little bit better for you (other ppl may not agree). But i think that you should maybe find another guy for Maggie to go out with so when you and Jake end up going out, because he DOES like you, you wouldn't feel bad because she has another guy. Once you do this... wait a little while before anything happens between you and Jake because if you hop right into a relationship with him then Maggie will know what your scheme was. Just lay it on soft and see what happens with that..... think this through though. Because losing a best friend over a guy whether its your fault or the others, is not fun! Trust me it happened to me.... and it sucked!!! So be considerate of the other persons feelings and really think about the outcome of the situation and what the future will bring with you making this decision!!!
