First day of school outfit?

it will be my freshman year. im 14, dirty blonde hair past my shoulders, and i have an hour gl figure and would say im thin. stores- wet seal, charlotte russe, rue 21, alloy, hollister, abercrombie, aero. try to make it under like $100. 10 points. everyones answers are greatly appreciated!
