Help please!?

Ok...I am trying to figure out how to find people who are dissatisfied with a local agency in my hometown. It is a CPS agency, and I know many, many people in our town believe they are acting in an improper way...how can i find some of these people online? I am hoping to find people locally. Any ideas???
