Im very over weight.i need help!?

hi im 12 and weight 210 and5'4 ive always wanted to be skinny and a scene model.ive concidered not eating util i get 2 mt idal weight of 105.i need to loose it fast im tired of being the fat girl.plz plzplz dont be mean im just trying to get help.plz understand im teased all the time i want it to stop.my dream is not to grow up a fat ***.plz help if u have been like this or somthing like this and plz dont say exercise because i do.
