Is my friend taking advantage of me?

ok, so i used to be very good friends with this girl in my cl but then she started hanging out with these more mature girls and totally bailed on me and my best friend. i mean we still talk off and on but its not the same. we had done a really cool stop motion video this summer, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dhdmp9G9iMI and so we showed our parents and they loved it so 2 weeks ago her dad asked us to make another stopmotion video to promote her dads new website. so we did do it and she said that her parents would pay us, after 2 weeks i dont get a thanku (afterall i did all the editing since she had no clue) and her parents still havent paid us after they said they would. This xmas i decided to buy her a late bday gift, i got her the new cd from we the kings (her fav band) and she didnt really seem that enthusiastic about it , she was just like thank you and thats it and she didnt even give me a birthday present this year. Then as its almost valentines you can send roses at my school , every year she sends me one but for some reason this year she decides to send one to the mature girls and my best friend but not me. then one day she forgot her history book at school so i lend her my book. I mean i did all this for her and i dont even get a rose as a thankyou. i mean geez , so im just giving up being her friend and starting to ignore her im sick and tired of her. Its like she acts like shes my best friend when she needs something but then we shes got it she totally ignores me.
