Parking infront of my house?

my neighbour is threatening and using abusive language on me because of some parking issues. He has been parking everyday permanently in front of my house. I'd asked him to keep his car a little back because I have to remove my vehicle everyday and it might get damaged while removing it. But my neighbour is unable to understand this and says that this is a public place and he can park anywhere. He is also threatening and uses abusive language by saying that if I damage the vehicle then he will break my house wall and park the car inside my house. He also will place litigation on my property it seems and buy my house later. He also says that if I go and complain in the police station or go even to MLA, I will not be able to do anything because he has good relation with them.
