What do you think of our relationship? (10 POINTS!!!) Please read!!!!?

When I met my boyfriend, I had absolutely no experience with guys, I'd hardly kissed a guy. Now, a year later we're still together (I'm 18, he's 28). I have gotten into a habit of giving him baths after every one of our dates. I shampoo and condition his hair, wash his back, and even clean his fingernails. I dry him off when he gets out too lol. He has a heat rash on his backside so I bought some powder and cream for it. He's not embarred for me to cream and powder him up before he puts on his boxers lol and he listens when I tell him to apply it before work in the morning as well as during his lunch break. Whenever we go out, I decide where we go depending on what coupons I have. Sometimes he even looks at me to order for him. I told him to start drinking soy milk instead of cows milk and he listened. I bring him groceries sometimes and recommend foods for him to eat that won't aggravate his stomach (he has ibs). I often cook and clean for him, sign him up for his college cles, and even order his books. He's a perfectly well functioning adult with a heavy duty 10 hour job but yet he is still so welcoming to my pampering. At work, he's a "macho man" changing oil in cars and working by the sweat of his brow. But when I come over, he just gives himself over to me. I love our relationship and I'm very much in love but when I tell my friends about us they laugh and say it seems more like a "mother son" relationship (minus the of course). They tell me no other relationships are like this. What is your opinion? lol I don't know because I've never loved another man.
