What is this under my ?

ok its under my right cheek on my leg its like a little ball hanging and it has no felling in it i poke it and fell nothing.its hanging from a little piece of skin that hurts when i tug on it.im thinking of cutting it off by myself but im scared it wont stop bleeding.and i don't want t go to a dr. im embarr i didn't even want to post this
