Would I qualify for the US national team?

I'm an english 12 yr old, who used to play for Leeds United Academy, and Hull City Academy but have also been scouted by both Shefield Wednesday and United and Barnsley. Recently i moved to the US and so if i was to become a pro football/soccer player would i be able to play for USA in about 8-10 yrs if I wasn't good enough for England or Italy (I have Italian Heritige), as a last resort
