Are the Miami Heat tanking?

It was clear that they were not going to make a playoff push this season. Even if they had reeled off 22 straight like the Rockets, they wouldn't have been in contention. D-Wade was hurt. Shut him down and save for a season when you have a chance with the addition of Michael Beasley or Roy Hibbert, and possibly Shawn Marion sticks around. As for the remaining games without Wade, they are going to be inconsistent. The 1st two games without him, they lost by a combined 5 points. They got embarred last night, though.
