I cannot play crossfire or combat arms?

Hello, my name is Charles and im .....lol 14 turning 15 in Jan so well......i am having problems playing crossfire and combat arms............ I am not shore why but i think i have low graphics .....My graphics card is Standard VGA Graphics Adapter... it says also that ...i have 1 GB of ram...it says too that AGP texture acceleration not available.....Another thing is it says direct 3D acceleration not available & Direct Draw Acceleration not available ...... it was working before i decide to reinstall vista on my comp.....when ever i reinstall vista to my comp games always work but now i found my cd that came with my comp that i got free from my school 2 years ago and i installed it ...... it does not work..... but i need help lol when ever i go to the combat arms site and start game it turns on ..... then all of a sudden it says " GetDeviceCaps()Failed " wow what do I do please help me I would be grateful. thanks
