Where did Heaven and Hell run off to?

The legend of the Tower of Babel is found in the book of Jasher, which, I was aware, has not really been accepted as scripture like the other books in the Bible has...however, the idea is that the city of "Zion" was so righteous that it was lifted up to be away from the telestial world. It was not, to my knowledge, the "actual heaven"...but for hell, I have no answer for you without going into my own biased beliefs....
