Are these college emails legitimate?

It's probably legit. I got a lot of those too - some are from PSAT, AP tests, website memberships (college prowler, college board). You can look into the schools and see if they seem appealing, but you don't have to do anything. Just wait, you'll start getting stuff in the mail from random schools too!
